1. Post a lot! Share what you know with the community.

2. This message board is for topics related to Kratom, and the people who are interested in Kratom! Stay on topic and post in the proper categories, forums, and threads.

3. This is an Over 18 Message Board. Accounts for folks under the age of 18 (not legally adult) will be respectfully disabled. Let's each do our part to encourage a responsible approach to Kratom - which includes not making it available or promoting the use of Kratom by those under the age of 18.

4. Be Nice! All posts should be informative, friendly and polite. Rude and offensive posters will be warned, then banned! The same goes for bullies!

5. If you represent a Kratom source, please use our board responsibly. No shills are allowed - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shill - and if you are a vendor or member who is detected abusing this rule, you will be banned. If you wish to promote your business or make an announcement, please post in the "Blatant Promotions" forum as yourself! In other forums, your posts should be non-promotional, and made only to provide informative knowledge about Kratom in general, or to reply to specific questions asked by our members. Also, please do not post negative comments about your competitors! Please contact the Admin before promoting.

*Added 9/14/09 New vendors will now have to be recommended by 2 or 3 well established members before being named as a source and allowed to promote on the forum.

6. This group is intended to discuss the legal and safe use of kratom. Kratom is a substance that can be - and is being - used safely, responsibly and legally. However, please do NOT post anything that could be construed as an admission of criminal activity, or that could be construed as evidence of intent to commit any criminal action in the future, or that encourages criminal activity.

7. If you would like Kratom to remain legal, please do your part. Use Kratom responsibly and with restraint. Do not give Kratom to minors, or irresponsible people. Avoid Kratom-related posting that may lead to negative media attention. Avoid using Kratom in public or in social situations. Be respectable members of your community, and living examples of responsible Kratom use. Support organizations working to reform current drug laws and stop the Drug War.

8. Solicitation (Spam) of any kind through our PM, email system, or on the forum is strictly prohibited and is grounds for being banned without warning.

9. Political and Religious discussions that lead to arguments will be put into moderation.

10. Discussion and sale of Salvia or San Pedro, and Ma Huang (Ephedra) is prohibited on Kratomforum.

11. Notify the Admin or moderator before listing a "Source" anywhere on the forum.

12. Discussion of any current illegal drug use is prohibited.

13. Promotion or discussion of other forums or kratom forums is prohibited.

14. Please do not copy and paste our posts to other forums and vice versa.

15. We do not promote Ebay vendors or email vendors as "Sources."

16. Trading of Ethnobotanicals on the forum is prohibited.

17. Only 1 user account/registration per person is permitted.

18. Members who try to rip off vendors will be banned and vendors who try to rip off members will also be banned.

19. Since it seems to be an issue, links are not permitted in signature lines unless you are a kratom vendor.

20. Use of drug terms or comparisons in reference to kratom will be edited or moderated.
